At Ctoutvert, we are constantly developing our solutions to provide you with the best possible support and meet the challenges of your business. Over the past few months, we have rolled out several new features at no extra cost to you.
#1 Special Offers & Promo Codes
Available across all our solutions
The way promo codes work in your offers has been enhanced with:
- Single-use promo codes
- Limited-use codes (set number of bookings)
- The option to create multiple codes with unlimited use
When creating a special offer, you can now:
- Specify a minimum spend to activate the promotion (e.g. €10 off any stay of €200) The minimum spend corresponds to the base package + booking fee (excluding options, even if they are compulsory).
#2 Machine Translation of Labels
Available across all our solutions
- A ‘Translate All’ button now appears when creating or editing a product description.
- This action generates automatic translations using DeepL Translator – Pro Version.
#3 Off-plan booking
Available only as part of the Premium Individual Pack in conjunction with Inaxel
The online booking system has been updated to allow customers to:
- View and choose their pitch or accommodation, depending on its location within the campsite
- View photos and inventories for each unit, if available, so they can choose based on the specific features of each accommodation (shaded, with air conditioning, etc.)
#4 Dynamic Cancellation Terms
Available only as part of the Premium Individual Pack
Cancellation terms are now displayed directly in the search results, depending on the selected fare. This information is based on your existing settings:
- Terms and Conditions
- Free cancellation
- Cancellation insurance (if selected)
- Flex rate
A look back at previous new features
- Available only as part of the Individual Premium Pack
- If the Insurance is enabled on your dashboard, the customer must indicate whether or not they wish to take it out.
- Available only as part of the Individual Premium Pack
- Option to enter a subsidy amount when creating the quote, which will be deducted from the booking total.
- The subsidy details appear in the confirmation email sent to both the customer and the establishment.
- Available only as part of the Premium Individual Pack
- Customers can pay via ANCV Connect in addition to credit card (and PayPal Wallet if enabled for all countries)
