If the supplier is already a Datahub partner, the connection can be set up within a few days. If not, they must first join the network and connect to our API.

In compliance with GDPR regulations, Ctoutvert has developed specific “Roles” tailored to each partner’s core business area, in order to restrict the data provided to campsites to that which is relevant to their specific business needs. For example, a cancellation insurance partner will only have access to bookings purchased with insurance. Following the same logic, data updates are also scheduled according to the partner’s business sector; thus, the concierge service will receive real-time information regarding insurers, but this will only occur once a day.
As the platform evolves, it is planned that partners will be able to exchange data, and partner data will be automatically reintegrated into your PMS.
