General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site

Article 1 - Purpose of the GCU

The purpose of the GTCU is to define the terms and conditions under which CTOUTVERT makes the Website available to Users.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the GTCU

2.1. The GCU must be read carefully by Users when they are on the Website. It is possible, at any time, to print and/or save the said GCU.

2.2. Browsing the Site implies acceptance of the GCU.

2.3 CTOUTVERT reserves the right to unilaterally modify and update the GTCU at any time, without prior notice or any particular formality, it being specified that any change relating to the said GTCU will be published on this page. It is the User's responsibility to consult the GCU regularly.

Article 3 - Site management

3.1. For the proper management of the Website, CTOUTVERT reserves the right, at any time, to suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Website for any reason whatsoever and in particular for maintenance or updating purposes or in the event of an attack on the Website, regardless of the nature of the attack.

3.2. The creation of any hypertext link pointing to the Site or any part of the Site is prohibited without CTOUTVERT's prior written consent. Hypertext links pointing to the Site may have been created without CTOUTVERT's knowledge. In this case, CTOUTVERT cannot be held responsible for the information presented on these sites.

3.3. The existence of a hypertext link on the Site referring to another site (for example, the site of a partner or service provider) does not imply validation of this site or its content by CTOUTVERT. In this respect, the Website and the partner websites remain strictly independent.

Furthermore, CTOUTVERT does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, exhaustiveness, reliability or topicality of the information available on the Website.

Article 8 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
