Our hotline service will help you (free of charge) and check if all the information entered is correct before your establishment appears on-line. Once the data is entered and validated, you will have a training session (free of charge). We can also enter you camping information for you(extra charges). Do i have to be Alan Rogers’partner or have been inspected by Alan Rogers to subscribe Ryanair Module?
No, you don’t have to.
There are already campsites on-line on the portal ryanair.alanroger.com, but the contract is not available yet?
For confidentiality and contractual reasons with Ryanair, Alan Rogers and Ctoutvert have been unable to communicate this new partnership. Ryanair retained exclusivity for public, press and professional broadcasting of this new function on their website.
A specific contract will be needed to subscribe the Ryanair module. In order to launch the service but with no ability to communicate the information earlier, 500 campsites which have already subscribed to the Alan Rogers Pack-Direct Module have been included in the Ryanair module on the launch day. In the coming days and weeks, campsites subscribing to the Ryanair module will replace those currently visible.
How long does the contract last?
The contract is valid on the day it is signed until 01-31-2012. It will be renewed by tacit agreement.
Can i suspend on-line booking on ryanair.alanrogers.com ?
Yes you can, you just need to untick the box for Ryanair Module on your Secureholiday.net administration page. There is no time limit, and you are free to tick and untick the box as you please.
How can i cancel the contract?
You just need to send a letter to SARL Ctoutvert - 94 bis avenue des Minimes 31200 Toulouse - FRANCE At least 2 months before the contract ends (January, 31st 2012). You can also suspend your establishment any time you want directly from your administration page and the establishment won’t appear on ryanair.alanrogers.com.
How much is the commission?
The commission is 11.2% of the total turnover actually paid to the campsite and coming from Ryanair portal on-line bookings, including booking fees. The commission won’t include the cancellation insurance nor the tourist tax.
When is the commission to be paid?
Alan Rogers will invoice 60% of the commission in the month following the booking, on the condition that the total amount to invoice is bigger than €200. Otherwise, the amount will be delayed to the following month.
The 40% outstanding will be invoiced on October, 1st every year.
What can i do if clients changed their bookings?
Each campsite will be able to indicate modifications directly on Secureholiday.net administration page, after clients has come in order to give the actual amount paid for the commission calculation.
Will we get information about Ryanair marketing news?
Yes, you will. Ctoutvert and Alan Rogers will keep establishments informed about marketing news and traffic on the website as far as possible. In the coming weeks, we will also lead a marketing campaign in order to fit Ryanair marketing actions.
